This morning our experienced driver will collect you from your Hotel, check you in and issue you with our Kuranda Boarding Pass. This includes a detailed itinerary with timings, as well as your Kuranda Scenic Rail and Skyrail tickets, allowing you to proceed straight to the boarding area. You will then be transferred to Freshwater Station to board the historic Kuranda Scenic Rail for one of the most unique rail journeys in Australia. Sit back and relax as this famous railway winds its way to Kuranda, passing spectacular waterfalls and into the beautiful Barron Gorge. Once you arrive in Kuranda, there is limited free time allowed to explore this unique village. At the designated time, board Skyrail Rainforest Cableway for your journey, enjoying an unforgettable journey over and through the world’s oldest continually surviving tropical rainforest. There are two stops along the way to disembark and explore. Our driver will collect you from the Skyrail Smithfield terminal, then you can sit back, relax and take in the beautiful views as you travel the Captain Cook Highway to Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures. Our driver will also provide interesting commentary along the way. Once you arrive at Hartley’s, you have plenty of time to explore this great park. Stroll around the boardwalks and pathways, through woodlands and rainforest where you can see an array of wildlife. Don’t miss the regular wildlife presentations, including the Wetlands Cruise, Snake Show, Crocodile Attack Show and Cassowary feeding. There is also a Café where you can purchase your own lunch or snacks. After a wonderful afternoon learning about our unique wildlife, board your vehicle for the return journey to your Hotel.
