Description

Tallwoods golf course is an established, world-class, 18-hole championship course and is proudly Australia's only course designed by the award-winning Dr Michael Hurdzan. Utilising the undulating topography to create a wonderful course that traverses rugged terrain with severe elevation changes, this course will provide with a suitable challenge as you look to improve your handicap. 

With several green complexes sitting in little amphitheatres, buried in the hillside beneath extravagant home sites, you will want to take a small moment between strokes to enjoy your surroundings.

The mixture of high canopy majestic eucalyptus and prolific native vegetation make this course an arborist's delight, while the extensive water features throughout the course will punish any errant shots. Your two-night stay at Tallwoods Country Club gives you and your playing partner or partners a bacon & egg roll and a coffee each morning before play begins, access to a motorised golf cart for travelling from tee to tee, and a beer or wine for each person on both nights, once play is done.

You will be staying in one of 15 superbly furnished bungalows which also serve as the perfect base for an escape to the spectacular Great Lakes region with it's beautiful beaches, ideal for swimming, surfing and fishing, not to mention scuba diving as well as dolphin and whale watching cruises.

Validity

• This experience is valid any day of the week, subject to availability
• This experience cannot be booked during anytime in December or January (except at the discretion of the Golf Course Management)

Important Information

• Availability: The supplier will do their best to accommodate your preferred date/time for this experience, but cannot guarantee the specific date and/or tee time requested

• Dress Code: Please visit the golf club's website to make sure you understand and adhere to their dress code for guest players. If in doubt contact their Pro Shop for further information. You must play in golf shoes with soft spikes and generally wear smart, clean golf attire (for men or women).

• Weather Conditions: The experience will generally go ahead in wet or inclement weather, however you may not have use of a golf cart due to the conditions. The experience will be cancelled when the golf course is shut by club (e.g. it's too wet or dangerous to play)

• Cancellation Policy: Changes to your booking are allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience. Changes requested within 72 hours are solely at the discretion of the golf club and subject to availability. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience and you would not qualify for a refund.

• Wheelchair Accessibility: Golf experiences (on course) are generally not suitable for wheelchair-bound customers or spectators. Please contact the club to confirm wheelchair accessibility for general areas (e.g. reception or food & beverage outlets)

• Motorised Carts: If the experience includes the use of a motorised cart it is based on two people sharing unless specified otherwise. Guests must be at least 18 years old to drive a motorised golf cart and might be requested to show ID on the day

• Age Restrictions: Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the experience

• Behaviour: Guests must adhere to the venue's golf course conditions, rules of play and general etiquette standards as outlined on their website, in their clubhouse and as instructed by the Pro Shop on the day of play. If guests do not comply with these rules the golf club reserves the right to request the guests leave the premises

• Damage: Any damage to the golf course or the golf cart is the responsibility of the guest

• Spectators: This experience does not allow for non-playing spectators on the course, please check with the golf club whether non-playing guests are allowed to enter the general areas of the venue.

• Inclusions: This experience does not include the hire of golf clubs (unless specifically stated) and only includes what is listed in the experience description. Anything not included in this experience will be your responsibility and paid for on the day separately.
