The day starts with a guided walk through the vines to uncover why Voyager believes great wine is made in the vineyard. Learn about the different characteristics of grape varieties, grape growing and seasonal influence.
Then, visit the Winery for a closer look at Voyager Estate's winemaking techniques and philosophies, accompanied by exclusive barrel tastings and a chat with our winemaking team.
After a wine-paired seasonal lunch in our Restaurant, sit back in our private tasting room and unmask the language and characteristics of wine, including renowned Margaret River varieties such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. Take your skills to the next level with an interactive food and wine pairing session.
The final stop is a visit to our underground cellar for a look at sparkling wine production and to raise a glass to your newfound wine knowledge!
