Recommended Age: 12 years and over, """please contact us prior to booking on +61 if you have children under 12 years.
Recommended weight under 120 kg ***please contact us prior to booking on +61 if you don't meet the recommended weight range.
Guests under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
Not recommended for guests with some mobility or motor control issues. Be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail.
Kangaroo Segway Tours has a strict policy against alcohol consumption and Segway operation. Alcohol is forbidden on all Segway tours and any client suspected of drinking before or during a Segway tour will immediately forfeit their tour and no refund will be given.
Helmets are provided and required (you can bring your own helmets if they meet Australian Helmet Standards).
No thongs, flip-flops, open-toe sandals, or high heels.
Sign guest liability waiver, if guest is under 18 years, waiver needs to be co-signed by a guardian or a person over 18 years.
Respect other tour guests, road signs, pedestrians, bikes and cars for a safe enjoyable ride.
