We will travel in our comfortable, air-conditioned 4WD, to Yellow Water Billabong were you will join a local guide for a 1.5 hour cruise, to have a chance to spot crocodiles and a range of colorful bird life, like Jacanas, Black neck storks, Brolgas as well as white bellied sea eagles.
We will take you on a intimate, small walking tour around varies Aboriginal rock art, at Burrungkuy (Nourlangie) and you will hear the stories of the local Bininj people, These story lines have been passed down from generation to generation and you will have the time to stand back and to take it all in. For the more adventurous group members, a fantastic look out to the Arnhem land escarpment awaits you.
We will enhance the culture experience by visiting the Warradjan Culture Center, to even learn more about bush food and the traditional way of living by the Aboriginal Bininj people since at least 50.000 years.
You will be traveling in a comfortable 4WD and we provide you with extra sunscreen and insect repellent.
We recommend that you need to bring: comfortable shoes, sunglasses, a water refill bottle and light clothes
Our tour includes healthy snacks, fruit and iced water all day. On our way back we will offer you the experience of traditional outback hospitality and we will serve you a delicious dinner in a traditional Outback pub,before returning to Darwin.
